Hello,

 

We have been using Ifbyphone services mainly, API calls, Survos and  text messaging and Our domains are fully TLS compliant..

 
For Survos we currently use this url: http://secure.ifbyphone.com/click_to_xyz.php
We would appreciate it greatly, if we know that the change Ifbyphone is making will be transparent to us...We have done all updates to our server from where we call Ifbyphone APIs.
 
Please can anyone help on this

Hello Gufran,

If you can hit this direct URL (ssltest39.ssl.symclab.com/) from your domain then you will not have any issues with the upcoming change.

If you have any further questions, give our support team a call at 877-295-5100 option 2.

How will I hit this URL (ssltest39.ssl.symclab.com/) from our domain :

Just open the URL in a browser or some thing else because 

We are getting exception when trying to open the URL [https://ssltest39.ssl.symclab.com/] through web request 

Exception: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
 
 
Where we are using this https://ssltest39.ssl.symclab.com/ as API URL
 
Please suggest
