Issue with SurVo message & CSV message

Hi,

I have created SurVo. and based on the SurVo id I have constructed url like below:

https://secure.ifbyphone.com/click_to_xyz.php?app=cts& key=KEY
&survo_id=SURVOID
&type=2
&scheduleonly
&sdate=STARTDATE
&edate=ENDDATE
&tz=Eastern
&dstime=00%3A00
&detime=23%3A59
&phone=uri of the csv file
&user_parameters=Greeting|Hello%20User

But inspite of giving CSV file uri and message column, I am still getting blank message.

Can anyone explain me why I am not able to hear the voice?

So the API hit is not responding at all? Can you PM me the URL you are using please?

I am able to get the notification call with message that I configured while Creating SurVo but not the custom message that I have in my CSV file.



So please tell me what should I do inorder to get message that I configured in CSV file.

I looked at the CSV, and I don't see anything obviously wrong. My guess is that the column names (message, name) don't match correctly with the Survo that is being generated. Also, if you are using the CSV, you shouldn't pass in user_parameters in the URL.

If you can PM me your account number and the Survo ID I can take a look and see what the specific issue might be.

Yes Khyle. You are correct.


I updated my SurVo question with '{message}' where message is column configured from CSV file.


Now It is working as expected.
