Hi,

I am presented with the challenge of needing to show the agents some information, including a link to a secondary site.

I have been playing around for a while, but have not been able to figure out how to return datato /show a message in the Notification Message window in the Agent Panel.

 

Can anyone provide me with some examples on how to achive this ? I have not been able to find any documentation on this

I guess the right terminology is "Lookup mashups" .. I am after the response format of a lookup mashup

Basically what you need to do is echo back to us what you want sent to the Agent Panel.  We send that straight through.

It can be straight HTML with a couple exceptions (I think it doens't like the " character).

Hi,

thanks for that .. I have been trying that, but nothing is coming through in the agents message window.

I have confirmed by means of network trace that I receive the Lookup call in my server when the agent accepts the call and I send back a simple "Hello World", without the "

You wouldn't have a code sample for us by any chance
