Account Payments using ifbyphone
Permalink

I'm looking to develop a method for my client's customers to make payments by phone.

Are there any examples or samples that I can use to help me with this development?

I would like for the customers to:

1) dial the phone number
2) be greeted
3) Asked to enter their account number
4) Their account info is looked up via a webservice call to my database
5) If account info found, then their balance is read to them
6) Customer prompted to make payment using credit card
7) Customer enters credit card info (number, exp date, cvv#)
8) Credit card info is sent to my server via webservice call
9) my server processes the transaction. If approved a confim. code is returned
10) customer is read the confirm. code or told the transaction failed

Hi,

While this is possible, due to the secure nature of what your asking, we prefer to have a phone conversation with our potential prospects interested in doing payment processing over the phone. My suggestion is to give our sales team a call to discuss your clients situation and they will be able to assist you. Our sales can be reached at 877-295-5100 Mon-Fri, 8AM - 6PM.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

I called and talked with someone today and he is going to call me back.  However, I'm looking for a more technical answer than "sales" can probably give.  Who should I talk with?

I've briefly read thru the doc's and they appear to address click-to-phone and other things not specific to my needs.  I'm hoping that there is an example that you can provide.

Thanks!
