I don't understand, I download the file and it is some weird windows file. Is this a virus site? Does it work for anyone? I don't even know how to install this or where to begin.

I input my public key and ifbyphone ID into the module but the connection never completes and gets stuck in "Processing" status. Also, what is the "Reference" input field for and the "Page Name" field for? Thanks in advance
